CRIME ALERT - Robbery

It was reported to Vanderbilt Police Department that a robbery occurred at approximately 10:51 pm at Lot 19, located by Buttrick Hall. The victim, a student, reported that he parked his vehicle and was walking towards Buttrick Hall when he noticed a black limousine parked in the curve of the drive leading to Lot 19. The limousine was occupied by four subjects. One of the subjects (suspect #1), who was brandishing a knife, approached the victim and demanded his keys. The victim gave the suspect his keys and began to leave the area. A second subject (suspect #2) in the limousine threatened to shoot the victim as the victim was leaving the area. After fleeing to a place of safety, the victim contacted Metro Nashville Police Department who in turn contacted Vanderbilt Police Department. A search of the area for the suspects and vehicle was conducted with negative results.

Suspect Descriptions:
Suspect # 1: Male black, approximately 21 years old, 6' tall, 165 pounds, last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark jeans.
Suspect # 2: Male black, last seen wearing a blue tank top.

Victim's vehicle: 1999, 4 door Jeep Cherokee, maroon in color
