I set my alarm off by accident, what should I do?
- Do not panic!
- Call the VUPD Communications Center at 32(2-2745)
- Tell the Communications Specialist that you have tripped your alarm system by accident. You should be ready to provide your name, alarm account number (if you know it), and location.
- Officers may still be dispatched to the scene to verify information, check the area, etc. This is routine.
