Medical Center Precinct



Police services for the medical center are provided by the department’s Uniformed Patrol Division, Medical Center Precinct. This precinct is commanded by Captain Cathy Ryan , Lieutenant Bob Pasinger .

The shifts are supervised by:

  • Midnights: Sergeant Frank Looser and Master Patrol Officer Marsha Hayes
  • Days: Sergeant J.J. Oakley and Master Patrol Officer Edna Pulley
  • Evenings: Sergeant Joe Waldron and Sergeant Rodger Tidwell
